Health Supplies (Medical) LTD aims to deliver your product within 5-7 working days of the order being accepted. Products that are dispatched by our nominated carrier will require a valid signature as proof or delivery. Delivery dates are not guaranteed, and do not include weekend or bank holidays. 

Express delivery of 1-2 working days is available for some of our products. Express Delivery dates does not include Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays and cannot be offered to our Irish or Channel Island customers.

Where does HSM deliver? 
We deliver to Mainland UK, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Ireland. 

How much is HSM postage and packaging? 
This varies across different products. Your shipping cost will be shown during your checkout process for clarification.  

What will happen if I’m not at home when you deliver? 
Most of our products are dispatched by our nominated carrier and will usually require a valid signature as proof of delivery. If you are not in when your goods arrive by courier, a card will be put through your door giving details of the attempted delivery, and will provide contact details for the courier company. If your order is delivered by Royal Mail and you are not at home, Royal Mail will take your package to your local sorting office for collection. If this fails, the goods will be returned to HSM. 

How can I track my HSM order? 
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will be emailed your tracking reference details. If you are unable to track you order, please email our Customer Service Team at info@hsm.tv. 

What if I am wanting to order outside of the UK & Ireland?

For International Customers you need to do the following: You need to use a forwarding company such as forward2me.com to forward the parcel. Go to their website (or a similar company) to get a quote for how much the forwarding cost will be for you. They will provide you their UK warehouse address, for you to use when ordering with us (that is the address you input when you order with us). 

Please note, if the customer provides incorrect delivery information, it is the customer's responsibility for the cost of delivering the item. HSM can understandably not be responsible for the item going missing. It is not HSM's responsibility to track, locate or pay for the cost of the item or redelivery.
